Grim new survey shows how California Gov. Gavin Newsom's $20-an-hour minimum wage for fast-food workers has helped tank the industry

The Employment Policies Institute survey of nearly 200 fast food firms across the state further found that 89 percent of them have already been forced to reduce scheduled hours for their employees.
