Janhvi Kapoor talks about 'paralysing' period pain; reveals her weird PMS-ing pattern

Janhvi Kapoor is a candid talker. She wears her thoughts on her sleeves and often talks about her life and more. It is something that many girls may be able to relate to. The Mili actress opened up about the emotional as well as the physical pain that she faces when she is on her periods.

In an interview with Hauterfly, Janhvi Kapoor also shared about the weird pattern that she faces when PMS-ing. She stated that she would not feel any pain when she is running on a hectic schedule. Whenever she is in a middle of a shoot schedule, she won't feel any pain. However, when she is free at home, she will have excruciating pain which she described to 'paralysing'. She said, Last time, I got a hip pain. I got muscle pain suddenly. Before it used to be my back. I thought I pulled my muscle or there was some sort of injury but it was a PMS thing. There was a phase when my nose would bleed." About the emotional effect periods has on her, the actress mentioned that she shared that in the first few years, she would breakup with this person and then go back crying to him saying sorry. It left him puzzled for a first few months and then he was like 'Yes, okay', she shared.

Janhvi Kapoor is currently said to be dating Shikhar Pahariya. They were a couple in the past and then they broke. However, they have now reunited it seems. Janhvi and Shikhar were together all the time at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding.
