Jennifer Lopez Back in N.Y.C. Following Birthday Celebrations in the Hamptons

The actress-singer was spotted in New York City with manager Benny Medina following her birthday celebrations in the Hamptons earlier this week

Jennifer Lopez is back in the Big Apple following her big birthday bash!

The singer, who just turned 55 on Wednesday, July 24, was spotted at Balthazar in Manhattan on Thursday, July 25.

The This Is Me…Now singer was photographed with her longtime manager, Benny Medina, as she walked down the busy SoHo streets in a sophisticated summer ensemble.

Lopez wore an oversized white blazer with cut-outs on the sleeves, creating a cape-like illusion. She paired the linen jacket with a white crop top and light-wash blue barrel jeans. 

She kept her accessories to a minimum and carried a small black purse while wearing nude and white platform heels, and a pair of light brown oversized aviator sunglasses. The Wedding Planner star's glam was simple with a slick-back ponytail and neutral makeup.

A source tells PEOPLE while at the popular eatery, she was with a “small, talkative group of people.”

She then headed to a nearby hotel in the New York City neighborhood, where she hung out with her mother Guadalupe and another intimate group.

Earlier Thursday morning, she posted a video to Instagram with longtime friend and vocal coach Stevie Mackey for a special rendition of Judy Garland and Barbra Streisand's iconic mashup of "Happy Days Are Here Again / Get Happy.”

Before returning to the city, Lopez celebrated her birthday with a lavish Bridgerton-themed garden party in the Hamptons on Saturday, July 20.

She shared highlights of the costume celebration on Instagram, with a video set to the Bridgerton version of “Give Me Everything" by Pitbull, Ne-Yo and Afrojack. She also added photos of her in a corseted ball gown that looked straight out of the hit Shonda Rhimes series, with its billowing multi-tiered skirt and ornate embroidery.

But her Regency-inspired glam didn’t stop there; her showstopping hairstyle featured voluminous curls and intricate braiding styled into a sky-high updo. Meanwhile, nail artist Elle Gerstein, who shared her inspiration on Instagram, decked out Lopez’s nails with a mother-of-pearl manicure.  

Although her ballgown was striking in itself, Lopez changed into a second dress, an ephemeral, green off the-shoulder-design with lace detailing.

Lopez kicked off her birthday by posting a selfie in a sexy white swimsuit. She also shared a makeup-free photo in front of her birthday cake wearing Lady Lynne silk pajamas by Eberjey and a birthday hat and blower.
